Our History

We are a husband and wife team of Caribbean descent (Jamaica). Together with our business partner Pascal (who is from Guadaloupe), we host a series of pop-up events in central London to promote healthy, accessible and fusion Caribbean food.
We are extremely passionate about Caribbean food and are keen to bring a new experience in Caribbean cuisine to a more diverse audience.

Our History

Part of our aim in undertaking these events is to inform individuals about Caribbean cuisine as there is a general misconception that the cuisine, in general, is very spicy.

Excellent service, good wine and tasty food, good company and great hosts.

This was my first time experiencing Caribbean food and I thoroughly enjoyed each course, particularly the spiced cod fish cake I really enjoyed the cod fish cake; it was nice and light and you could really taste the fresh flavours. The vegetable curry was great too; it was flavoursome and just the right amount of spice. It was nice and hearty.

The Caribbean vegetable curry is the sort of meal I could eat every day, packed full of delicious veg and the right amount of spice.

The ackee & saltfish starters were delicious, I had never tried these before and it was a good experience. I also liked the tomato bruschetta as the tomato tasted very fresh plus the herbs used were delicious too.

The homemade coconut ice-cream was a winner! I was surprised to learn it was vegan as it certainly didn't taste as if it was as it was lovely and creamy.

Salt fish with avocado was a great combination! Next time I go to a Caribbean restaurant, I will always look for it.
